How to Sterilize Your Bodyotics Menstrual Discs
To keep your Bodyotics discs clean and safe to use, follow these simple steps:

Before First Use: Boil your disc in water for 5 minutes to sterilize it.

During Your Cycle: Rinse after each use. You do not need to sterilize the disc every time; simply wash it with warm water and a disc-safe soap if you like, then reinsert.

After Each Cycle: Sterilize your disc again by either:
- Boiling in water for 5 minutes, or
- Using our Bodyotics ComfyCase Sterilizer — just add water and microwave for 3 minutes. Perfect for home or travel!
